satisfactory stay , but room lacked some amenities
The facilities were impressive, especially the indoor pool that was perfect for winding down after a long day. The restaurant staff were friendly and made dining a pleasure with their attentiveness. I really enjoyed the mountain view from my balcony, which added a beautiful touch to our stay.
The room lacked a kettle, making it inconvenient for morning hot drinks.

The pool area might feel a bit cramped during busy times, especially when trying to unwind after skiing. some rooms, particularly the Standard Double, lack kettles, which can be a letdown for those who enjoy a hot drink in the morning. the dinner service can feel rushed, so if you prefer a leisurely meal, you might want to be prepared for a quicker pace.

We had a delightful time enjoying our cozy Junior Suite with a lovely balcony and the personalized dinner service that made us feel right at home. After skiing, we loved unwinding in the indoor pool and relaxing in the sauna, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only minor hiccup was that the pool area felt a bit small at times, but it didn’t spoil our fun—definitely indulge in the dinner courses! 😊

The spacious Junior Suite with a large balcony was comfortable and well-appointed, while the service was exceptional—everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially with our little one. The dinner offerings were impressive with a six-course meal each evening featuring delightful specialties and fresh baguettes, making dining a highlight. charging for tap water during meals felt unnecessary, and at times, the bus service was a bit inconvenient for ski transfers, especially in inclement weather.
